  Elegant entrance door and molded/ flush internal doors. Half glazed molded door for kitchen and solid core flush door openable / sliding for toilets. Aluminium frame with combination of fixed / sliding glass panel doors for balconies.

• Toilets

  Quality sanitary ware and CP fittings. EWC, Hot and cold single lever mixer unit for head shower, Health faucet, Granite counter top for master bed toilet wash basin and dining wash, towel rod, and soap dish in all toilets. Wired provision for geyser. Exhaust fan wired provision in all toilets and kitchen.

• Kitchen

  Granite working top with stainless steel single bowl sink. Dado above countertops. Provision for washing machine, refrigerator and aqua guard.

• Painting

  Entrance door stained finish. All internal doors paint finish. Putty and plastic emulsion for inside walls and ceiling. Exterior walls painted with good quality exterior paint.

• Windows

  All windows and ventilators shall be powder coated aluminium with glazed shutters.

• Balcony Hand Rail

  All living and bed room balcony hand rails are with GI/MS grills.

• Electrical

  All wiring with provision for power plugs. Adequate light and fan points with fittings. Points controlled by ELCB and MCB with independent KSEB meter. Modular switches, 6/16A plug points etc.

• Generator

  Generator backup for all common areas and apartments up to a maximum of 1000 watts, as per electrical drawing.

  Passenger and service lifts.
