  KSEB connection as per the rules and regulations of KSEB. Concealed conduit wiring with copper conductor from Finolex / equivalent. Adequate light and fan points. Anchor / Crabtree switches / equivalent. AC point in master bedroom, provision for AC point in other bedrooms / Drawing cum Dining room. Provision for exhaust fan, geyser for all bathrooms. Provision for TV and telephone points in living and all bedrooms.

• Toilets

  Imported/Indian (Hindware / Parryware / CERA / equivalent / sanitary fixtures). Concealed piping and premium quality CP fittings - Imported /Indian (Crabtree tap fittings/ Jaguar/ equivalent). Hot and cold water taps with shower in all toilets.
