  Toilet wall with ceramic tile upto false ceiling. Concealed piping and permium quality CP fittings. Hot and cold water taps with shower in all toilets except servants toilet. Hot water provision for kitchen sink and toilet wash basin except servant toilet wash basin. Wall hung Sanitary fixtures:- Coupled EWC (Parryware-Cascade range or Equivalent) in all toilets except Servant's toilet.
